Log into your Drivse account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to qualify for a full refund.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned furniture, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
